Lead AI strategy, solution architecture, and offshore development teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI applications.

You will own the technical direction and delivery of AI-powered fullstack applications.

Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered fullstack applications.
• Lead and mentor offshore AI development teams to ensure high-quality technical deliverables.
• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to define business needs and propose AI-driven solution roadmaps.
• Develop Proof of Value (POV) implementations and scalable AI integration strategies.
• Implement secure, maintainable AI solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML applications.
• Expertise in Python and JavaScript (React, Node.js).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and NLP.
• Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Hugging Face.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proven track record of leading offshore teams and managing large-scale AI projects.
• Direct experience in client-facing consulting and presenting technical proposals to senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of DevOps, security, and performance optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with big data technologies.
