Description

You will design cloud computing strategies and modernization roadmaps for large-scale acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans to refactor legacy applications and migrate them to the cloud.
• Lead pre-sales solution consulting, including technology demonstrations and proposal development.
• Define high-end technical architectures, including design, effort estimation, and sizing.
• Collaborate with cloud teams to define adoption models, best practices, and guidance documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software architecture and design.
• Expertise in AWS services, design, and core components.
• Strong Microservices Architecture skills.
• Proficiency in Java and SpringBoot.
• Experience with Java modernization and refactoring legacy systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of container implementation.
• Understanding of security and compliance best practices.
• Ability to design solutions across multi-technology stacks including web, cloud, and DevOps.
• Knowledge of network, storage, VM, and middleware components.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cloud Native architecture design and PaaS/SaaS integrations in AWS.
• Knowledge of other cloud providers such as Azure.
• Familiarity with CLI, CloudFormation, SDKs, and scripting languages.
