Description

Own the architecture, development, and operational stability of the Vantage ecosystem, including Dispatch, Workforce Safety, and Issue Management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack development using Angular, TypeScript, and Java to build scalable applications.
• Design and enhance APIs, supporting internal service frameworks such as BOQ and POD.
• Create detailed technical design documents and provide accurate assessments of task sizes and timelines.
• Triage bugs, assist in test-driven development, and perform software analysis to resolve backlog items.
• Oversee the creation of training materials and support customer onboarding.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in Angular and RxJS.
• Strong proficiency in Java and backend service architecture.
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with BOQ and POD frameworks.
• Ability to write clean, modular, and self-sustaining code.
• Experience creating technical design documents.
• Experience with test-driven development practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with distributed engineering teams.
• Background in operational support and customer onboarding.
