Description

You will own the release pipeline and production support for our consumer app teams, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform production support, troubleshooting, and maintenance with a focus on quality and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Implementations and Delivery Teams on defect resolution and solution delivery.
• Develop new technical skills and gain industry knowledge while promoting best practices as a backend team member.
• Build tools to reduce error occurrence and improve customer experience.
• Manage system troubleshooting and maintenance, including occasional after-hours incident response.

Required Skills

• 4+ years’ experience supporting Web and Backend based application software and environments.
• Full stack development knowledge with a strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming languages.
• Experience with version management systems like GIT or Subversion.
• Knowledge of web application servers and networking principles.
• Proficiency in SQL query language and experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms AWS and Azure.
• Experience with payment gateways such as Razorpay or Juspay.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor of science degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, or relevant field.
