Responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable solutions that impact millions of users.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a small engineering team.
• Collaborate with cross-geography engineering teams to share expertise.
• Partner with Product Management and Business teams to define priorities and deliver products.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, databases, and operating systems.
• Extensive experience with back-end technologies including Java, Node, Spring, and Jersey.
• Full-stack proficiency using JavaScript, React.js, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Oracle and NoSQL databases such as Cassandra.
• Experience building and maintaining distributed, scalable systems.
• Practical knowledge of OOJS and standard code optimization and testing tools.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
