Description

You will build and maintain fullstack web applications while collaborating with US-based teams. You own the development lifecycle from API design to frontend implementation and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
• Design and implement microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Develop frontend components using TypeScript and Angular or React.
• Manage database operations using SQL, JPA, and RDBMS products.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes using Jenkins and Maven.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Java, TypeScript, SQL, and JPA.
• Experience with Spring Boot and Spring MVC frameworks.
• Proficiency with RDBMS such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented design and programming.
• Experience with UNIX/Linux environments and shell or Python scripting.
• Practical experience with Git, Bitbucket, Maven, and Jenkins.
• Competency in Agile Scrum methodology.
• Ability to work a schedule overlapping with US Pacific Time until noon PT.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ActiveMQ, Apache Kafka, or Gravitee API Gateway.
• Knowledge of API Gateway implementations.
