Description

You will own end-to-end software development within an Agile Continuous Delivery environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including solution design, estimation, development, testing, and deployment.
• Translate wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements alongside product managers and UI/UX designers.
• Mentor other developers on software development best practices and service improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects for aligned products and capabilities.
• Create technical documentation, including specifications and project artifacts.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Java/JEE based applications and development.
• Proficiency with Spring, Hibernate, Spring MVC, and Client-side MVC.
• At least 2 years of experience building complex web applications using Angular or similar JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with microservices and SOAP/REST frameworks.
• Experience with Docker, Jenkins, Selenium, GIT, Swagger, Eclipse, Tomcat, and SonarQube.
• Familiarity with JUnit, Maven, and Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience working in Linux, Unix, or Mac OS X environments using command line tools and scripting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Information Science, Information Systems Management, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Mobile app development using Cordova or Ionic.
• Experience with Bootstrap, CSS Preprocessors (SASS), and AngularJS integration with REST services.
