Good to Have Skills: Experience with real-time audio, STT/TTS, conversational AI, multimodal AI, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure, CI/CD pipelines. RAG pipelines, vector databases, prompt engineering, AI observability, latency optimization, testing, performance optimization, security, and production deployments are valuable additions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and distributed systems for enterprise applications.
• Build AI-powered features using LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar technologies.
• Develop RAG pipelines, vector search, agent workflows, and AI integrations for enhanced product functionality.
• Work with databases including SQL and NoSQL, optimizing schemas, queries, and indexes for performance.
• Build async and event-driven systems using queues, workers, WebSockets, or streaming technologies.
• Develop frontend features using modern technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams to ship high-quality products on schedule.
• Own features across the full lifecycle including design, build, deploy, monitor, and support phases.

Experience Required: 3+ years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in backend development and AI integration
