You will build and maintain high-quality applications as a technical lead and individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers to support their professional growth and career development.
• Collaborate with developers, Scrum Masters, stakeholders, and designers to deliver applications.
• Implement DevOps practices to automate the delivery pipeline via CI/CD, monitoring, and analytics.
• Provide technical expertise to ensure delivery quality, performance, and automated testing.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java and the Spring/Spring Boot frameworks.
• Extensive experience with ReactJS or AngularJS.
• Strong understanding of REST standards and the OpenAPI framework.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Practical knowledge of TDD/DDD techniques and writing clean code.
• Proficiency with GIT or other version control systems.
• Ability to conduct unit tests and work within Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Professional proficiency in English.
