Description

You will lead technical development efforts and manage software architecture for the engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development efforts and provide guidance to less experienced employees.
• Develop, document, and maintain software architectures, requirements, algorithms, and interfaces.
• Manage the sprint process, including pull request reviews, ticket creation, and task management.
• Integrate software components into fully functional systems and maintain core codebases.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to align technical objectives with product priorities.

Required Skills

• 6 to 7 years of experience as an Engineer.
• Strong experience with Java and Microservices.
• Experience with React and jQuery.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Prior experience in domain architecture or software architecture roles.
• Experience developing and maintaining complex software systems and designs.
• Ability to manage day-to-day engineering tasks and code reviews.
