You will lead a development team while architecting and implementing scalable web solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor developers to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable web solutions following industry best practices.
• Conduct detailed code reviews to maintain quality, consistency, and adherence to standards.
• Oversee testing strategies to ensure software security and reliability.
• Manage project deliverables and coordinate technical execution with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in web development.
• Proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Strong expertise in JavaScript and its modern libraries.
• In-depth knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Git for collaborative version control.
• Solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, and system design.
• Ability to work efficiently within Linux operating systems.
• Proven experience in team management and project oversight.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Python, Java, or PHP.
• Experience with mobile development using React Native, Swift, or Kotlin.
