Description

You will build and maintain cloud-native web applications using a modern JavaScript and Java stack.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop cloud-native web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure functionality and prevent regressions.
• Participate in design and code reviews to promote team best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, and QA teams to meet technical specifications.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React, including hooks, state management, and component-based architecture.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Extensive experience developing backend services with Java and Spring Boot.
• Expertise in REST API design, security best practices, and dependency injection.
• Proven experience with microservices architecture and inter-service communication.
• Solid experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with micro frontend patterns and federated modules.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and Firestore.
