You will act as a techno-functional lead in a banking environment, driving requirements and managing technical delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive team requirements independently to ensure project objectives are met.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in API development while providing oversight and review for React UI work.
• Manage offshore developers and coordinate technical tasks across distributed resources.
• Operate within Scrum/Agile frameworks to deliver software increments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience in fullstack development.
• Extensive experience building and managing APIs.
• Proficiency with React UI development.
• Direct experience working within the banking sector.
• Practical knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to perform code reviews and technical oversight.
• Experience managing offshore development teams.
• Foundational knowledge of User Interface Design.
