Description

You will lead technical delivery and API development for a banking application while managing offshore resources.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive project requirements and ensure delivery objectives are met independently.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert in API development and provide technical oversight for React UI work.
• Manage offshore developers and coordinate technical tasks across distributed teams.
• Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance.
• Deliver software increments within Scrum/Agile frameworks.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of fullstack development experience.
• Extensive experience building and managing APIs.
• Proficiency with React UI development.
• Direct experience in the banking sector.
• Practical knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing offshore development teams.
• Foundational knowledge of User Interface Design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience acting as a techno-functional lead.
• Ability to lead team requirements independently.
