Design and deliver multi-tenant web solutions with a focus on scalable architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build robust Java/Spring Boot applications using microservices.
• Implement event-driven integrations using Kafka.
• Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases, including caching and indexing strategies.
• Define and enforce CI/CD pipelines and deployment standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software development and systems analysis.
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Strong background in SQL, NoSQL, and database query optimization.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (ECS/Cloud).
• Proficiency in Agile/SDLC methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with ReactJS.
• Familiarity with AI, Gen AI, or LLMs.
• Experience with SOAP/REST web services, XML/JSON data modeling, and networking technologies (routing, load balancing, DNS).
