Description

Lead the development of the customer-facing self-service platform as a key member of the Digital Experience team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain scalable, reusable frontend systems for the Self-Service Upgrade platform.
• Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into functional code.
• Own the feature development lifecycle from conception through deployment, ensuring code quality.
• Optimize web applications for performance and responsiveness across all devices and browsers.
• Take ownership of projects impacting platform usability and data security.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript, including asynchronous programming and module bundling.
• Proven experience building applications with Angular or React.
• Strong command of HTML and CSS/Sass, adhering to accessibility best practices.
• Track record of building responsive web applications with cross-browser compatibility.
