Description

Own the full stack lifecycle for the PLG Onboarding team, from frontend interfaces to backend microservices and operational reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, secure user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Design, implement, and optimize backend services using Python, C++, Java, or Go.
• Ensure operational excellence by providing dedicated on-call support for CI/CD pipelines and resolving customer tickets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical decisions and mentor junior engineers.
• Own deliverables end-to-end, ensuring high-reliability systems through rigorous testing and code reviews.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Backend expertise in at least two of: Python, C++, Java, or Go.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and SQL/NoSQL database design.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to debug, solve complex problems, and optimize performance.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to operate autonomously in an Agile setup.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior engineers.
• Background in product-led growth (PLG) teams.
