Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure full-stack solutions while mentoring the engineering team.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive solutions by collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
• Build high-quality, reusable code for both frontend and backend applications.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Lead and coach team members through code reviews and technical mentorship.
• Document application design, topologies, and architecture for technical and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, J2EE, and Hibernate.
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
• Deep understanding of Java microservices architecture and design patterns like Saga, Aggregator, API Gateway, CQRS, or Event Sourcing.
• Experience with AWS services, including S3, Serverless architecture, and cloud functions.
• Strong knowledge of security standards including SSO, Access Control, Certificate Management, Authentication, and OWASP.
• Experience integrating Stripe payment services.
• Proficiency in TDD, unit testing, and mock frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Redis, Elasticsearch, and queuing technologies like SQS, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Spring Security to secure applications.
• Proven ability to create technical design and architecture diagrams for stakeholder approval.
