Description

You will design, develop, and troubleshoot complex software solutions across the full stack in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities

• Build secure, high-quality production code and maintain synchronous algorithms.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts while ensuring code meets specific design constraints.
• Integrate UI components with microservices and lead technical design and build outs independently.
• Analyze large, diverse data sets to develop visualizations and reporting for system improvement.
• Identify patterns in data to drive improvements in coding hygiene and system architecture.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of applied experience in software engineering within large corporate environments.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with React and Angular for building user interfaces.
• Practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies including CI/CD.
• Knowledge of application resiliency and security.
• Experience with database querying languages.
• Demonstrated knowledge of technical processes within disciplines such as cloud, AI, ML, or mobile.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AWS cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies.
