You will build and maintain high-performance, multithreaded Java applications within a banking environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RESTful web services and microservices using Spring Boot.
• Develop multithreaded applications with a focus on high performance and data integrity.
• Manage end-to-end data flows using Kafka and IBM MQ.
• Ensure code quality through JUnit testing with Mockito or PowerMock.
• Lead other developers through technical guidance and functional coverage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Expert knowledge of Core Java 17 and J2E.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot 3.x, Spring Security, Spring JDBC, and Spring Batch.
• Hands-on experience with Angular, JavaScript, AJAX, and JSON.
• Strong understanding of Microservices, Kafka, and IBM MQ.
• Solid grasp of Data Structures, Algorithms, and the Collections Framework.
• Experience with MS SQL and PL/SQL.
• Competency in OAuth 2.0, JWT, and REST API design.
• Proficiency with GitLab CI/CD, Docker, and Git.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the banking domain.
• Familiarity with JMeter for performance testing.
