You will build and maintain Java-based enterprise applications deployed in cloud and on-premise environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop Java-based middle-tier applications for medium-to-large scale deployment.
• Build highly available services within microservice and message-bus environments.
• Maintain distributable libraries, SDKs, APIs, and technical documentation.
• Design technical solutions that integrate with diverse existing systems.
• Collaborate across functional teams to deliver complex product features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and Object-Oriented programming.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency with Angular (2.0/4.0+).
• Experience building Restful Web services.
• Experience with SQL and heterogeneous data storage or cache layers such as Postgres, Oracle, or Neo4j.
• Experience with enterprise search engines like Elasticsearch, Solr, or Lucene.
• Experience with message-based stream processing using Kafka, Kafka Streams, or Spark.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing GraphQL and federated GraphQL APIs.
• Experience validating, versioning, or processing large XML or JSON feeds.
