Job Description

• 12+ Years of experience in software development with strong backend + frontend exposure.
• Expert-level proficiency in Java, object-oriented design, multithreading, collections, Spring / Spring Boot (if applicable).
• Deep experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+.
• Hands-on experience with React or Angular, including Redux or similar state management libraries.
• Strong knowledge of event-driven architectures using Kafka or enterprise MQ systems.
• Experience with GitHub, Bitbucket, and artifact repositories like Nexus.
• Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, integration patterns, and distributed systems.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and delivering complex projects.
• Excellent communication, architectural reasoning, and stakeholder management skills
