Description

Lead full-stack development and architecture for a mortgage and housing platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement short and long-term technical solutions across systems architecture and application infrastructure.
• Own the full software development life cycle, including unit testing, code deployment, and technical documentation.
• Diagnose and resolve performance issues while automating repetitive processes and introducing new tools.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to unfamiliar codebases to ensure project success.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, use case specifications, and test plan reviews.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in full-stack development using Java, J2EE, Spring, and SpringBoot.
• 4+ years of UI development experience using TypeScript-based languages such as Angular or Spring MVC.
• 5+ years of experience with relational or NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB.
• 5+ years of experience with microservices architecture and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
• Ability to document code and processes for seamless developer handovers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Kubernetes package managers like Helm charts.
• Cloud provider certifications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
