Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end technical solutions for mortgage and housing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the full software development life cycle, from concept and requirements gathering to deployment and technical documentation.
• Design and implement short-term and long-term systems architecture, network systems, and application infrastructure.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to unfamiliar codebases to ensure project success.
• Diagnose and resolve performance issues while introducing automation to repetitive processes.
• Participate in estimation, use case specifications, and reviews of test plans and project planning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in full-stack development using Java, J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• 4+ years of UI development experience using TypeScript-based languages such as Angular or Spring MVC.
• 5+ years of experience with microservices architecture and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• 5+ years of experience working with Relational and/or NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud providers including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• Ability to document code and processes clearly for seamless team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Kubernetes package managers like Helm charts.
• Cloud provider certifications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
