Description

Lead front-end operations and provide technical direction for mobile and web development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the front-end team through technical coaching, goal setting, and performance reviews.
• Design and implement scalable front-end architectures and enforce development standards.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define requirements and estimate project timelines.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality across the team.
• Oversee the delivery of user-centric, accessible, and responsive front-end experiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Expertise in modern front-end frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue.
• Expertise in Native Mobile development using Swift and Kotlin.
• Practical knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
• Singaporean nationality required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting user testing and performance optimization.
