Description

Lead technical teams while maintaining hands-on coding contributions across the full stack.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering teams to ensure technical growth and delivery.
• Design and implement scalable microservices and REST APIs.
• Build responsive user interfaces and reusable component libraries.
• Manage end-to-end development using version control and build tools.
• Balance active software development with leadership and architectural responsibilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java and Spring Boot.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• 3+ years of experience with Angular 8+, TypeScript, RxJS, and NgRx.
• Experience with Maven or Gradle.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
