Description

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of features using React JS and Java APIs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete delivery lifecycle of new features from conception to production.
• Analyze existing architecture to ensure all new implementations align with current technical standards.
• Coordinate daily with offshore teams to provide technical solutions and track progress.
• Manage production rollouts and lead troubleshooting efforts when issues arise.
• Collaborate with internal teams and business stakeholders to ensure technical requirements are met.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React JS.
• Hands-on experience developing and consuming Java APIs.
• Experience managing feature delivery and technical ownership.
• Proven ability to coordinate with offshore development teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a hybrid or remote team structure.
• Background in microservices architecture.
