Lead a team of full-stack developers to architect and deliver scalable web applications using React, Spring Boot, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor full-stack developers to ensure high-quality output.
• Architect and develop web applications using React, Spring Boot, and SQL.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency with React, Spring Boot, and SQL.
• Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience managing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven leadership and technical problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
