Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable software applications while mentoring a team of developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead software architecture design with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, Cassandra, Oracle SQL, and Kafka.
• Build responsive frontend interfaces using Vue.js and Freemarker Web Components.
• Translate UX/UI wireframes into functional frontend components.
• Coordinate with product managers to plan tasks, estimate timelines, and mitigate project risks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Experience with Cassandra and Oracle SQL for data storage and performance optimization.
• Proficiency with Kafka for backend messaging and services.
• Hands-on development experience with Vue.js.
• Experience working with Freemarker Web Components.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements.
• Experience mentoring developers.
