• .NET / C# development — strong backend fundamentals
• Angular or modern JavaScript framework experience
• SQL Server — fluent in advanced SQL (stored procedures, complex queries)
• API / Web API development — understanding of RESTful API design and architecture
• Experience with or strong interest in AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) — doesn't need to be an AI engineer, but should understand how to integrate and leverage LLMs in application development

Nice-to-Haves

• Legacy modernization experience — migrating Windows desktop or MVC apps to modern web
