Description

You will own production support, maintenance, and heavy debugging for existing Classic ASP.NET applications. This role focuses exclusively on stabilizing live systems, not greenfield development.

Responsibilities

• Debug and resolve critical issues on production servers using SQL and ASP.NET.
• Maintain and patch existing Classic ASP.NET applications to ensure stability.
• Analyze production logs and database queries to identify root causes of failures.
• Provide 70% or more of your time to direct production support and incident response.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Classic ASP.NET and SQL.
• Proven track record in production support and maintenance of legacy systems.
• Strong ability to debug complex issues in live production environments.
• Experience with SQL Server and database troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently on existing codebases without greenfield development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with legacy .NET frameworks and older ASP.NET technologies.
• Background in high-availability production support roles.
