Description

You will lead the development and delivery of GIS-focused applications using the .NET stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full software development lifecycle using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Develop and maintain web applications and Windows services.
• Implement GIS functionality within web applications.
• Oversee the end-to-end handover of completed projects.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of professional programming experience.
• At least 4 years of GIS application development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience working on GIS projects.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and MVC 4.0/5.0.
• Experience with LINQ, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Working knowledge of Map server 8.0 and Google Maps API 3.0.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully handing over at least two major projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GIS tools including MapInfo, ArcGIS, Openlayer, QGIS, or GeoServer.
