Description

You will design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python and JavaScript within an AWS environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain front-end and back-end components for web applications.
• Implement microservices-based solutions using event-based domain-driven design principles.
• Deploy and scale applications leveraging AWS services including Docker, Lambda, SNS/SQS, and S3.
• Lead and mentor small developer teams, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance.
• Provide architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for specific technology domains.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience programming with Python and JavaScript.
• 2+ years of experience using Python in a cloud environment.
• Proficiency with AWS services: Lambda, SNS/SQS, and S3.
• Experience with Docker and continuous integration tools like Git and BitBucket Pipelines.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design patterns, microservices architecture, and event-driven design.
• Experience with information security standards including OWASP and OAuth2.
• Working knowledge of SQL, REST-based web services, and SOAP.
• Experience with integration technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Mulesoft.
• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of IT development experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 5+ years of web application development experience.
