Description

Build and maintain scalable Python applications, APIs, and microservices with a focus on performance, security, and reliability. Lead end-to-end development of web solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new features.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-grade RAG solutions using modern LLMs.
• Build and optimize multimodal document ingestion pipelines.
• Develop evaluation pipelines for LLMOps and ensure code quality via TDD.
• Integrate microservices with front-end frameworks and cloud platforms.
• Mentor developers and drive continuous improvement in engineering practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of full-stack development experience with Python.
• 3+ years building enterprise-grade RAG solutions with modern LLMs.
• 1+ year designing multi-agent AI systems using advanced reasoning models.
• 3+ years developing multimodal document ingestion pipelines.
• 2+ years building evaluation pipelines for LLMOps.
• Proficiency with Python frameworks (Django, Flask) and OOP principles.
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, CosmosDB).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and front-end basics (React/Angular/Vue).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience integrating LLM applications (OpenAI, Llama, or similar).
