Description

You will design, develop, and deploy business solutions using the Microsoft BI stack and SQL Server.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of ETL processes using SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS.
• Maintain database integrity through data cleansing and duplicate record management.
• Drive requirement gathering and demo sessions independently with business leadership.
• Coordinate with Product Managers to manage product features and delivery timelines.
• Manage multiple projects using standard development practices to ensure enterprise-grade quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence and database development.
• Expertise in Microsoft SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS.
• Strong MS SQL Server skills, including T-SQL, DML, DDL, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and indexes.
• Proficiency in analyzing execution plans and managing data import/export.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and deployment processes.
• Knowledge of IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) for task scheduling.
• Experience with ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Rally.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ITSM processes, including Batch Standardization, SoC, and PLM.
• Understanding of US State Government business systems such as MMIS or LTSS.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce and experience using Salesforce Data Loader.
