Description

You will own the functional design and quality assurance for software projects, bridging the gap between stakeholders and development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document functional design, user stories, process flows, and supplemental materials.
• Facilitate functional design meetings, prepare materials in PowerPoint and FigJam, and record action items.
• Support development and testing teams by clarifying functionality and answering technical questions.
• Execute quality checks on implemented features and support user acceptance testing efforts.
• Maintain project documentation and track issues using Jira and Confluence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in functional analysis or business analysis roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Teams.
• Strong understanding of the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with project tracking tools, specifically Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to create clear process flows and user stories.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FigJam for collaborative design discussions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Co-Pilot for documentation assistance.
