Functional Analyst

You will design functional solutions for CRM applications and rating processes, coordinating directly with business stakeholders to define requirements.

Responsibilities

• Model business processes using BPMN notation within an onsite-offshore delivery model.
• Execute tasks following the SAFe Agile framework to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain Java components within Azure Cloud environments.
• Design and integrate REST APIs based on corporate data models.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in functional analysis or solution design.
• Proficiency in SQL for data management and querying.
• Hands-on experience with jBPM or similar BPMS systems for business orchestration.
• Knowledge of XML, Swagger, and API integration standards.
• Practical experience with BPMN notation and business process modelling.
• Familiarity with Open Systems including OSDF.
• Experience working within the SAFe Agile framework.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Data Virtualization techniques.
