Description

You will perform functional and business analysis within an existing Java Scrum team, covering change management, testing, and Power BI reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional and business analysis tasks within an Agile Scrum context.
• Develop test cases and organize test execution.
• Manage data processing, including building dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Facilitate functional analysis using Enterprise Architect.
• Execute change management processes and develop communication strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT projects.
• Proven experience in business analysis roles.
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Architect.
• Expertise in Power BI for dashboarding and reporting.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Postman.
• Experience with BPMN, UML, and XML.
• Demonstrable experience in change management and communication strategy.

Preferred Skills

• Recent experience working within a government context.
