Description

You will provide functional expertise in brokerage and OMS-based trading support environments, owning the trade lifecycle from execution through settlement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the full trade lifecycle to ensure accurate processing and timely settlement.
• Perform daily trade reconciliations across internal systems, clearing firms, and custodians, resolving breaks and settlement issues.
• Act as the primary point of contact for front-office traders, clients, and internal partners to resolve production issues and inquiries.
• Identify operational risks, conduct root cause analysis, and implement process improvements.
• Produce and validate daily and weekly management reports and trading metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a front office or trading support role within a financial institution.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
• Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) and brokerage trading support environments.
• Ability to perform daily trade reconciliations and resolve settlement breaks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact confidently with traders and clients.
• High attention to detail when managing high-volume transactions under tight deadlines.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with system testing and supporting the implementation of technology enhancements.
