Description

Configure, maintain, and support Infor HCM and Payroll modules to align system capabilities with business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Infor application modules, business rules, workflows, and system settings based on functional specifications.
• Analyze payroll data, perform reconciliations, and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Translate operational needs into solution designs and collaborate with business users to define requirements.
• Develop, execute, and document functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance test cases for enhancements and upgrades.
• Validate system configurations, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate defect resolution with technical teams and vendors.

Required Skills

• Current and valid Infor certification in HCM, Payroll, or a related Infor product module.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor Payroll or Infor HCM.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and data validation.
• Ability to analyze numerical payroll outputs with high attention to detail.
• Experience in impact analysis, end-to-end testing, and post-implementation support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting system upgrades, patches, and releases.
