Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Customer Master Data Management.
Translate business requirements into detailed Functional Specifications (FRD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
Define customer data models, business entities, business rules, hierarchies, data ownership, and governance processes.
Work with Data Stewards and business teams to define data quality, validation, enrichment, deduplication, and stewardship workflows.
Support the implementation of Match & Merge, Survivorship Rules, hierarchy management, and business approval processes.
Perform gap analysis between current and future-state business processes and recommend improvements.
Coordinate with MDM Developers and Solution Architects during design and implementation.
Support integration requirements between Informatica MDM and enterprise systems including Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Enterprise Data Warehouse, and Dun & Bradstreet.
Participate in data migration planning, business validation, SIT, UAT, defect management, and production readiness.
Create process flows, functional documentation, training materials, and user guides.
Conduct stakeholder workshops, solution demonstrations, and user training sessions.
Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance policies and business standards.
Required Skills
6–9 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst.
Experience working on Master Data Management (MDM) or Data Governance projects.
Strong understanding of Customer Master Data concepts.
Experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering.
Knowledge of Informatica MDM (Customer 360 preferred).
Understanding of Data Quality, Data Governance, and Data Stewardship.
Experience with Match & Merge, Survivorship Rules, and Hierarchy Management concepts.
Strong SQL knowledge for data validation and analysis.
Experience with REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Informatica MDM is an added advantage.
