Description

You will design and implement Salesforce solutions based on functional requirements, owning the lifecycle from user stories to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design Salesforce solutions and document them via detailed user stories.
• Configure and implement features directly within the Salesforce platform.
• Perform unit testing, write test scripts, and support E2E, SIT, and UAT campaigns.
• Resolve incidents identified during testing phases and support user deployments.
• Produce release notes, as-built documentation, and assist project managers with stakeholder communication.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in functional analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and implementation.
• Proficiency in writing user stories and technical documentation.
• Experience supporting E2E, SIT, and UAT testing cycles.
• Excellent command of French or Dutch.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to manage deployments across multiple environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
