Description

You will bridge business users and offshore development teams to drive RPA automation initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and prioritize the automation backlog by analyzing process hours savings and business input.
• Conduct end-to-end as-is process walkthroughs and requirement gathering to define automation approaches.
• Perform process analysis to determine the feasibility of full or partial automation and document requirements.
• Coordinate with offshore development teams to explain functional approaches and technical requirements.
• Monitor production environments and support running bots by responding to incidents via ServiceNow or Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in functional analysis or process optimization.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for incident management.
• Proficiency using Azure DevOps for task tracking and development coordination.
• Proven ability to perform process analysis for RPA feasibility.
• Experience managing requirement documentation and audit processes.
• Ability to collaborate with Center of Excellence (CoE) teams for migrations.
