Description

You will lead testing efforts within complex ERP implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define entry and exit criteria by collaborating with project managers, functional leads, and technical teams.
• Develop or oversee the creation of test cases, test scripts, and necessary test data.
• Assign and monitor test case execution across the team.
• Validate end-to-end business process flows alongside integration leads.
• Track test execution metrics, including coverage, pass/fail rates, and open defects.

Required Skills

• Minimum six years of experience in systems analysis within a PeopleSoft HCM environment.
• Four years of experience leading or supporting testing in an integrated ERP system.
• Proficiency in Systems Analysis.
• Experience utilizing Jira for test management and defect tracking during ERP projects.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion.
• Familiarity with Project Manager roles and functions.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
