Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Proven ability to perform functional analysis and requirements gathering.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
• Strong understanding of business process mapping and workflow documentation.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
