Description

You will own the end-to-end functional analysis for assigned projects, defining system specifications and supporting business processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze functional requirements to support business processes and system integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear system specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Document functional workflows, operational procedures, and technical specifications.
• Conduct functional analysis to identify gaps and optimize business processes.
• Support system validation and testing efforts based on defined functional requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Proven ability to perform functional analysis and requirements gathering.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
• Strong understanding of business process mapping and workflow documentation.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
