Functional and Automation Test Lead

You will lead the test strategy, planning, and execution for functional and automated testing across global supply chain projects.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional test scenarios and automated test scripts, ensuring traceability.
• Develop and maintain the automation framework covering UI, API, data validation, and integration points.
• Partner with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, UAT scope, and validate business processes.
• Manage the defect lifecycle, including logging, root cause analysis, and closure.
• Drive continuous integration and continuous testing practices alongside DevOps and release teams.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in QA/testing, with 2+ years in a test lead capacity.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes (planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics).
• Hands-on expertise with automation tools like Selenium, Tosca, Cypress, or UFT.
• Proven ability to design and maintain automation frameworks (UI, API, regression).
• Experience with functional testing: business scenarios, regression, integration, and UAT.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into DevOps.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Experience with SAP or equivalent large ERP environments.
