Description

Lead the design and implementation of software solutions for Public Transit business domains using Azure Cloud and .NET technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and document software solutions that meet security, accessibility, and functional requirements.
• Oversee all application development phases, including design, coding, testing, implementation, and documentation.
• Mentor application developers in the design, assembly, and deployment of complex software systems.
• Manage application team tasking, code reviews, and project constraints such as risk, time, and scope.
• Research and recommend technical frameworks, implementation patterns, and enterprise services like identity and access management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of full-stack programming experience using .NET technologies.
• 10+ years of experience developing and supporting Microsoft SQL technologies.
• 5+ years of experience designing and developing solutions hosted in Azure Cloud.
• 5+ years of experience using DevSecOps and Agile practices.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and T-SQL.
• Experience with unit testing methodologies such as NUnit or MSTest.
• Ability to build digital products with a focus on accessibility.
• Experience developing data migration plans and performance KPIs.
• Strong background in technical documentation, including design specifications and roadmaps.
