Description

Provide functional support and technical coordination for the Pennsylvania Department of Health's Electronic Case Reporting (eCR) and NEDSS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage eCR onboarding requests by coordinating between the CDC and external organizations via SharePoint and email.
• Monitor systems and resource accounts daily to troubleshoot message issues and system behavior.
• Create technical process documentation, training materials, and user guides for onboarding workflows.
• Log requests and solution enhancements as tickets within Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with technical teams and Program Area staff to ensure solutions meet customer specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in functional architecture or related technical support roles.
• Proven experience with Electronic Case Reporting (eCR) processes.
• Proficiency reading and working with CDA and XML documents.
• Hands-on experience with HL7, CDA, XML, and XSD.
• Working knowledge of HL7 V2 standards.
• Experience managing onboarding workflows and technical documentation.
• Ability to interpret CMS Promoting Interoperability Program requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JavaScript coding.
