Description

You will provide functional support and technical coordination for the Pennsylvania Department of Health (PADOH) Electronic Case Reporting (eCR) systems and the Epidemiology Program Area.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily eCR onboarding requests, registration letters, and communications between the CDC and external organizations.
• Monitor systems and resource accounts to troubleshoot message issues, system behavior, and technical problems.
• Coordinate onboarding activities using SharePoint and create tickets in Azure DevOps for solution enhancements.
• Develop technical process documentation, user training materials, and onboarding workflows.
• Participate in application release testing, daily triage, and weekly Change Control Board (CCB) meetings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in functional architecture or technical support roles.
• Proven experience with Electronic Case Reporting (eCR) workflows.
• Hands-on experience reading and interpreting CDA and XML documents.
• Proficiency with HL7 standards.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for ticket management and tracking.
• Knowledge of NEDSS and CDC onboarding processes.
• Ability to maintain technical documentation and training materials.
• Familiarity with CMS Promoting Interoperability Program requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JavaScript coding.
